Professional Services: HomeAway Software's personnel complete an actual task within a client system to evaluate and make recommendations for the best methods to apply software or solutions.
This is a specialized service designed to meet the needs of a specific task and businesses using the most optimized combination of onsite visits and/or remote communication.
Professional Services require a scope-of-work analysis before implementation and follow-through. These services are available for purchase in 1-day increments, plus any travel and accommodation that apply. Professional Services can usually be scheduled within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of the request, subject to the scope-of-work and availability of resources.
