Randy Hall from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals has this to say about V12.NET and the Lead Management System (LMS):
“I am very, very pleased with the LMS. Actually, the development of this tool brings together the strength of our marketing channels. The integration between pricing in V12 and VRBO, and now the LMS, bringing those worlds together makes V12 a powerful tool. Just one year ago, we were going into peak season responding to VRBO inquiries with manually calculated quotes from V12 for a single property. The LMS simplifies our efforts and multiplies our results. I was a little concerned that the "VRBO faithful" shoppers would rather not see such a professionally constructed email quote. I did some reporting over a month before and after we started using the LMS and the results were clear. LMS is a winner for our little company and our marketing strategy leaning on VRBO.”
On August 14, 2014 we released features in V12.NET that allow you to bundle activities to create and charge vacation packages for your guests. As you would expect for V12.NET, this is packed with robust features such as offering multiple dates when the package is available, restricting to certain units or all units, bundling multiple activities, and including a unique and optional rate discount. It sounds like a lot of options to include or exclude, so we created a wizard to make it easy for you to create and modify packages. You can learn more about creating packages by viewing this in our support portal. Coming soon is the ability to include packages on your website (currently in beta testing). Watch this video to see how easy it is to create and book packages in V12.NET.
