UserVoice: Let Your Voice Be Heard!

We know you have great ideas and we want you to share them to help us improve V12.NET®. You can now submit your own ideas and review product enhancements others have submitted by selecting the ‘Feedback’ button within the software. Cast your votes to tell us what is important to you and then follow the development progress. The newest features to come from UserVoice customer requests are a Change Log tab, a Rates tab, and a Folios tab added to the Units Screen. Are You Using the Lead Management System?

Did you know that you can track why each inquiry did not convert to a booking? Start tracking and customizing reasons for non-conversion in Settings. Once you understand why inquiries aren’t converting, you can implement a plan to convert more inquiries into bookings.

If you aren’t using the Lead Management System, you should be! It’s FREE, and it helps you convert more leads into bookings with efficient lead collection and tracking tools. Looking for ways to create memorable guest experiences and increase revenue?

On August 14, 2014 we released features in V12.NET that allow you to bundle activities to create and charge vacation packages for your guests. As you would expect for V12.NET, this is packed with robust features such as offering multiple dates when the package is available, restricting to certain units or all units, bundling multiple activities, and including a unique and optional rate discount. It sounds like a lot of options to include or exclude, so we created a wizard to make it easy for you to create and modify packages. You can learn more about creating packages by viewing this in our support portal. Coming soon is the ability to include packages on your website (currently in beta testing). Watch this video to see how easy it is to create and book packages in V12.NET.

Unit Amenities Update

Use the Unit Amenity Bulk Update page to change amenities to multiple units all at once. Find this time-saving feature on the Unit Features tab in Reservation Setup.

New Work Order features

New section for work order notes, search for work orders by who entered the work order, configure work order statuses for your operations, and multiple changes to work order reporting.

Housekeeping Improvements

Based on user-provided feedback in UserVoice, you can now show dirty units from the previous day departures on the Housekeeping Services Schedule report. Also, the housekeeping Schedule Cycles has increased from 7 days to 14 days. Multiple stay types can be selected in a single row, eliminating the need to create schedules for each stay type.

Glad to Have You™

Guestbook entries received in Glad to Have You can be added as reviews to your HomeAway Network listings. To request that your guestbook entries feed to your HomeAway listings, please contact your HomeAway listing Account Manager to get the process started.
